I somehow felt uncomfortable, so I suddenly thought about taking a short walk to the nearby power spot Toyokubyou Mausoleum (Toyotomi Hideyoshi’s graveyard). A 10-minute walk from the Guesthouse Soi to the entrance. From there, you need to climb the 563 stone steps. The long way straight steps seems to reach the heavens. When you finish the steps, you are the summit of Mt. Amidagamine, and there is a stone pagoda.

You can’t see the whole nice view of the Kyoto city, but you can look down on the Kiyomizu Temple at the foot of the mountain. Thinking about Toyotomi Hideyoshi, who turned a pinch into an opportunity and succeeded, I feel like I have got the power and get ready to do my best again from tomorrow!
