I finally went to this restaurant “Katsugyu” and uderstood why it became so popular those years. The deep fried skin was very chrispy. You have your own iron plate and you can heat it up right before you eat. They provide different flavors such as wasabi soy sauce, curry, sansho papper. I can understand that it has been very popular in recent years, a very satisfying meal!

我不是一個追求時髦的人,回日本的女兒告訴我她想吃炸豬排,這樣終於有機會去吃“Katsugyu”。油炸的皮又脆又香。還有各自的小鐵板,可以最後加熱再送到嘴巴裏。可以品嚐咖哩味、雞蛋味、芥末醬油和鹽漬胡椒等各種口味。能理解近年來很受歡迎,很滿意的一餐!

流行に疎い私、帰国中の娘に牛カツが食べたいと言われ今になって初めて「勝牛」に行きました。ころもはカリカリ。食べる直前に自分専用の鉄板で熱するという過程がある。そしてカレー味、卵掛け、わさび醤油、塩山椒とかの色々な味が楽しめる。なるほど!の満足感。
